Tamil Nadu Open University is a university established by an Act (No.27 of 2002) of the government of Tamil Nadu. It offers a variety of subjects in the ‘Open’ pattern. There is a minimum set of qualifications for entry. A variety of diplomas, certificates, Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses are offered.
