RVD University
Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Deemed) University was established in 1937, by Pandit Janardan Rai Nagar. The University is a distance education center. The Evening College (Shramjeevi College) imparted education to those students, especially the underprivileged children who were engaged in work during the daytime and were keen in educating themselves in the evenings for better job prospects.
The University offered various courses: DIPLOMA ENGINEERING - Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication, and Automobile BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (B.TECH) - Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication, and Mechanical.
