AP Public Service Commission was established on 1 November 1956 with the founding of the State of Andhra Pradesh. The public service commissions are the basis of Article 315 of the Constitution of India. The AP Public Service Commission has a procedure done to adjust its procedures in relation to the exercise of their functions. The task of the Commission are listed in the Constitution Article 320th they also indicate that the scales of pay issues available on the Commission and shall refer the matter is not part of the Commission.
